Affiliate Agreement

Eligibility

Affiliate applications are reviewed and approved by hand. We may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion. You must be able to receive payment via PayPal or Wise and provide a valid tax form (W-9 for US persons, W-8 for non-US) before any payout.

Commission

• Commission is 10%, 15%, or 20% of a referred customer's qualifying payments, set by your approved-referral tier: 10% to start, 15% at 10 approved referrals, and 20% at 25. Your current rate is shown on your Dojo dashboard.
• You earn on that customer's qualifying payments for up to 12 months from the referral (your commission window). The window in effect for your account is shown in your Dojo dashboard.
• Commissions are held for 30 days and become payable after the customer's payment clears and the refund window passes, then move from Pending to Available.
• Refunded, disputed, or fraudulent sales are reversed and are not payable.
• Minimum payout is $10; balances below the floor roll forward. Payouts are made via PayPal or Wise.

Peer referrals

The "give a month, get a month" referral reward is a service credit, not cash, and applies to paid plans. Self-referrals and abuse are not eligible.

How you may promote

• You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to TickSensei (FTC guidelines).
• You may not promise profits, guarantee results, or misrepresent what the software does.
• No spam, no trademark bidding on "TickSensei" in paid search, no cookie stuffing, no misleading claims.
• You must include applicable risk disclaimers when discussing trading.

Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes. Where required, we issue a 1099-NEC to US affiliates for annual earnings at or above the reporting threshold.

Termination

Either party may end this arrangement at any time. Violations (fraud, misleading claims, missing disclosures) forfeit unpaid commissions.
