Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every product includes a 7-day trial. A card is required and your trial auto-continues as a paid plan unless you cancel, so you can confirm it works for your setup and cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Dojo billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. We generally do not prorate partial periods.

Lifetime licenses

Lifetime products (Kiai, Ukemi, Honbu) may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the software does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to request

Email support@ticksensei.com from your account address with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first - we can almost always sort it out faster than a dispute. Licenses tied to a chargeback or dispute are suspended pending resolution.
