Nothing produced by the software (including AI-generated analysis or code from Sensei) is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Risk-management features are best-effort

Features such as daily-loss enforcement, auto-flatten, disconnect recovery, and lockouts depend on your platform, broker/feed connectivity, and correct configuration. They can fail or be delayed due to circumstances outside our control (outages, latency, platform limits). They reduce, but do not eliminate, risk, and must not be relied on as your only safeguard.
