Terms of Service & License

Agreement

By installing or using TickSensei software or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License grant

Subject to an active license, TickSensei LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the applicable add-on on the number of machines your plan permits. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent the licensing/activation system.

Subscriptions and lifetime licenses

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime licenses cover the named product for as long as it is offered and reasonably maintained; they do not obligate us to provide the product forever or to build new products.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker, data feed, and any proprietary trading firm. You may not use the software to violate those rules or any applicable law.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickSensei LLC is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license for breach of these terms, non-payment, or fraud/chargeback. On termination your right to use the software ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
