Who we are
TickSensei LLC (Missouri, USA) provides NinjaTrader 8 add-ons and related web services. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account: your email and sign-in identifiers (via Microsoft Entra External ID). We do not store passwords - sign-in uses passkeys, authenticator apps, email one-time codes, or Google/Microsoft.
- Licensing: your products, license status, and a machine fingerprint used to bind activations. Activation keys are stored only as a one-way hash.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive billing status and identifiers, not your full card number.
- Usage analytics: privacy-first, cookieless page analytics (Plausible). No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
- Support: anything you send us when you ask for help.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. The desktop add-ons run locally; your trading data and account balances stay on your machine except where you explicitly use a hosted feature (for example, hosted Sensei AI), and even then we send only what that feature needs.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. Marketing email is opt-in and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
